新年。
明けましておめでとうございます。今年もよろしくお願い申しあげます。
という事で、2005年もスタートした。2005年になった瞬間は、実家に向かう途中で地下鉄の終電に乗り遅れない様に走っている時に過ぎていた。。年越しの雰囲気は皆無のまま突入していた。
かくして始まった2005年だが、やはり良い年にしたい。特に仕事面での成功が最大の課題だ。何とかして今より良い環境にしたい。神頼みもしたので後は神のみぞ知る!?だと弱いので、自分で何とかしなきゃである。
新年なのでTVで今年の運勢みたいなのをよく見掛けるが、その手の番組の一つで今年は生涯でも忘れられないくらい良い年になれるような事を言っていた。ただし、その為には自分は以下の3つの事に気を付けなければならないようだ。
・健 康
・友 人
・やる気
この3つの点に気を配っていく事が必要らしい。昨年を振り返ってみれば、健康面はあまり良くないなと感じられるので、特に注意したい。食事と運動を課題にしよう。
そして、この3つの点の根底として必要なものは『優しさ』らしい。日々の生活の中で、もっと人に優しく出来る場面ってきっとあると思う。意識して行こうー。
