遺伝子
友人が最近読んだ本に書いてあった事らしいが、ヒトが持つ遺伝子ってのは本来皆同じ構造をしているらしい。遺伝で決まるのではなく、環境なりがそのヒトの遺伝子の構造を決定するという。
つまり、良い環境にいれば遺伝子の構造もプラスのスイッチが入り、心身共に良い方向に向かうし、逆に悪い環境にいれば、その逆の状態になるという。
ただ、現状の環境で何も刺激を受けないよりは、たとえ悪くなったとしても、環境を変えた方が、環境を変えた事が刺激になり、遺伝子にプラスのスイッチが入り、状況は良くなるらしい。
『環境を変える』という事実が重要！やはり成長の為に行動すべきなんだな〜。
