営業電話
「なんじゃ、こりゃ〜？」
携帯が鳴ったので手に取ると、見た事のない番号が。

とだけ表示されている。
何だかよく分からないまま電話に出てみると、お姉さんの声が聞こえてきた。どうやらauのカスタマーサービスみたいな所からのようだった。話を聞いてみると、料金プランを変更しませんかという事だった。
本人確認のために契約時に登録した暗証番号を4桁を言ってくれないかというが、そんな事急に言われても覚えているはずもない訳で…
適当に思い当たるものを「****!!」って言ってみたけど「あいにくその番号では承っておりません」と。こんな時ってちょっと恥ずかしい。。え〜!?と思いつつも別のものを考えて「じゃあ、****は？」と言ってみたら見事正解！
（↑自分の事なんだからちゃんと覚えておけよって）
で、やっと本題に。するとここ2ヶ月の通話料を提示され、今のプランを別のプランに変更すると、3月は1,000円ちょっと、4月は2,000円ちょっと安くなっていたという！そんなに違うのか。それで米が買える！
[現状の問題点]→[メリットを具体的な数字で提示]→[プラン変更を提案]→[クロージング*]
という流れで話が進み、その電話で変更手続きは終了するというので、まんまと（?）変更手続き終了。単純でいい客だなぁ。もともとそれほど電話を掛ける事がなかったから基本料金の安いプランにしていたけど、最近は確かに仕事でよく使っているし、多分しばらくよく使う事になるだろうと思い、料金プランの変更をお願いした。
営業の基本的で且つ重要な手法だけど、やっぱり数字でメリットを言われると分かりやすい。メリットをイメージしやすい形にしてあげる事はやっぱり有効だなって思った。
これからは元を取る為にいっぱい電話しなきゃな。
*クロージング：「決めてくれませんか？」と客に結論を求める営業トーク。
