やっぱり細麺
結婚式の後、遅い時間まで友人達と話していたのもあって、昼間はずっとボーっとしていて、仕事もあまり捗らなかった。。それに追い打ちを掛けるかのような暑さ。この夏一番だったとか。という事で、無性に冷たいものが食べたかったので、ちょいと冷麺を食べに行ってきた。
前々から気になっていた船橋の韓国料理屋「丸い月 トングンタル」。そこの冷麺が手作り麺らしく、しかも細麺らしいので是非食べたかった。
暑いので注文したのは定番の水冷麺（ムルネンミョン）。韓国同様、食べる直前にハサミで麺を切ってくれる。さっぱりとしてるけどコクのあるスープに細麺がいい具合に絡まって、どんどんお腹に入っていく。やっぱりよくある焼肉屋の太いゴムゴムした麺と違って、韓国の細麺の方が美味い。なかなか食べられる店が少ないから貴重！写真撮り忘れた。。店員さんも親切だし、また行こうー。
