麻婆豆腐への思い
青山で後輩くんのいる別のデザイン事務所の人たちと顔合わせ&新規案件の打ち合わせ。その流れで打ち合わせの後ランチに行った。
行った店は広東名菜富徳。そう、あの周富徳氏の店。広い店だけど結構混んでた。注文したのはもちろん麻婆豆腐！円卓で待つこと数分、麻婆豆腐が運ばれてきた。
そして口にするとニンニクの香りが。味は比較的マイルドで上品だった。でも、四川風が好きな自分としては今一つ物足りない印象だった。やっぱり山椒のピリっとした刺激が欲しいー。まぁ、人によって好みが違うから何とも言えないけど。今度行く事があったら別のもの注文してみようー。あ、デザートの杏仁豆腐も美味しかった！
そういえば、ちょっと離れた席に座っていた女の子二人組の内の一人が昔の会社の同期の子にやたら似ていた。本人!?話しかけてみたい気もしたけど、でも5年以上前の事だし、まさかあの店に居る…訳ないか。でも本人かも。でも…（以下、問答が続く。。）
