築地で朝食
師走のせいか平日が忙しくなかなかblogを書く余裕がなかったのですが、3連休は休めたので早起きして築地市場へ行ってきました。ずっと一度は築地で美味い魚を朝食に食べてみたいという願いがあったのですけど、朝早くから出かけるのは難しいので出来ずにいました。しかしとても活気のある場所ですね。普段の自分の居る世界とは違う、どこか懐かしい感じでした。
何店か美味いと評判のお店をチェックした上で行ったのが場内にある「高はし」というお店です。7時半くらいに行ってみるとすでに長蛇の列!10人くらいしか入れないので寒い中しばらく外で待ってオーダーしたのは赤メバルの煮付け(1,700円)。値が張るお店ですけど大きめで上品な味付けのメバルを食べられました。身も柔らかく、評判通りとても美味しかったです。
驚いたのが朝から熱燗飲みながら食事している人が多い事。車で行ったので飲まなかったのですが、これって築地じゃ普通の事なんでしょうかね？でもまた食べに行きたいと思いました。ここまで気合いを入れずにもっと気軽に行けるといいんですけどね。
