鴨南蛮蕎麦
ランチに六本木の蕎麦屋「本むら」で鴨南蛮蕎麦を頂いてきました。この店、ニューヨークにも店があるという名店みたいで、ちゃんと店で蕎麦を挽いて打っていました。
まず鴨南蛮を頂く前にだし巻き玉子と蕎麦がきを注文したんですが、この蕎麦がきが山芋が入っている様な滑らかな食感でとても美味しいのです。まろやかなんですね。しかも値段の割にボリュームがあってオススメです。
そして寒いので頼んだ体の温まりそうな鴨南蛮が出てきました。鴨の脂が汁に出ていて見るからに美味しそうです。麺は蕎麦がき同様に滑らかな食感で、肉も柔らかく青葱との相性も良かったです。蕎麦好き的にも満足でした。やっぱり美味い蕎麦はいいですね。
