Casablanca Silk
ボスと共に午前中にクライアントのオフィスのある丸の内で打ち合わせ。その後にランチをという事で丸ビル内のベトナムレストラン「Casablanca Silk」へ足を運びました。メニューは訊かずに「本日のお薦めベトナムランチ」をオーダー、出てきたのはベトナム風の炸醤麺でした。米麺に鶏肉と野菜が甘辛い醤にからんで、上に刻んで掛かっているパクチーの香りが食欲をそそります。とても美味しい一品でした。アジア料理好きです。
料理を待ちながらボスが内装や壁画を見て、この店って「際コーポレーションっぽいね」なんて言っていたのですが、web見てみたらその通り際の店でした！さすがボスです。
